Payment Policy

Payment can be processed via Flex Catering pay using Amex, Visa and Mastercard on the Site. A credit card transaction fee of 1.75% for Visa/Master and 2.9% for Amex + 0.3C per transaction is applicable and paid by the customer. Payment can be made via electronic bank transfer to a designated bank account or via credit card over the phone if order via alternative option other than using the Site.

If you purchase goods from Sweet Chick or create an account with us, we may require you to provide your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card number and other information.
This information will be used to fulfil your order and send you occasional news on products and special offerings via our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Your information will not be given or sold by us to anyone.
